By purchasing any of these plans, you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of The A* Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Use of Data
All personal data collected is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The A* Club operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within this jurisdiction for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The A* Club regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
